Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Where products are printed to order the dispatch time maybe slightly longer but you will be informed of this.
Items are sent from France.
A4 sized items and smaller are all sent flat in reinforced envelopes. Prints and artwork are wrapped in protective paper wrapping, all packaging is plastic free.
Gift wrapping is available free of charge, either send me a message or add a note to your order to ask for this. Gift notes can also be provided, again just let me know what you’d like it to say.
Larger pieces will be rolled in tubes.
Postage costs are added to your cart during checkout and vary depending on size of item and delivery location.
Worldwide shipping is available. Customs charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Brexit. All orders from the UK are now required by law to have VAT added at the point of sale. Unfortunately I am unable to fulfil this via this website, and so I have had to suspend all UK bound orders.
